Where Does The Time Go????

Oh my gosh, I've been so out of the blogging loop it's not funny! It all started when my damn computer hard drive crashed at work and I LOST EVERYTHING! She had a complete and total fucking meltdown and I am still not recovered from it. It has all of my bookmarks, files, and personal info stashed on it and now it's gone. Into the cyber world where someone is laughing at me. Suck. Anyhoo, I've been seriously remiss and so much has gone on I don't know where to start.

Work is the same old...got back from Florida all right only to go to Chicago in April for an Experiential Marketing Summit. It was super awesome, I learned a lot and I'm glad I went. Plus I love love love Michigan Avenue, even though I didn't spend a penny. I was SUCH a good girl. I went with my boss and the President of the company...I got to learn a lot of stuff going down at the company and spend some quality time with the higher ups so that was great. Work is crazy busy as usual and I can't believe it but my EIGHT year anniversary is coming up in August. Plus I turn the big three zero this summer. So I'm freakin about that, but just a little.

Linds is getting married in September so she is busy planning her wedding. I get to host her bridal party at my house in August so that is going to be so much fun! I'll be co hosting with an old friend from high school, miss Emily Luckow and I haven't seen that girl in damn near 10 years. I'm just so excited for the whole thing, not to mention the wedding. We are going to pass the kids along to Auntie Amy for the weekend.

Speaking of the kids, they are getting along famously and Alex has taken to not being a very good listener. She's getting to be a little on the wild side but nothing we can't handle.

Aliyah is turning THREE June 2nd and she is very excited for her Princess Party. We are going to Grandma Arndt's house for the weekend, and I'm making a wonderful lasagna and salad, plus picking up the very cool Ariel b-day cake. Ben will be heading to Seattle on Friday to go visit his cousin Brad. I'm not going with so we can have Lele's little party on Saturday. I really wanted to go with but with it being so close to her birthday I decided not to. Ben will be back on Monday, the day of her birthday so we'll have a little family celebration for that.

So that's an update for now...I'll be blogging later.

And oh yes, if I haven't reported it yet, Aliyah finally kicked her habit. Passy addiction no more!
